Welcome to my jewelry world, where each piece tells a story.

I am a contemporary jewellery artist and my work is born from introspection and from exploring the contrasts and complementarities within us. My pieces emerge from a deep observation of the human being and the many versions that inhabit who we are. I am profoundly fascinated by inner growth, movement, transformation, change and evolution, themes that cross both my life and the pieces I create. evoke emotions. Each creation is a fusion of experiences, an invitation to challenge conventionality and free the imagination.

Through jewellery I explore the dualities that shape our experience: fragility and strength, light and shadow, balance and imbalance, limits and freedom. For me, these elements are not opposites that cancel each other out; they are complementary parts that reveal the complexity and beauty of our nature. It is from this understanding that I choose materials, forms and compositions that meet, confront and converse with one another, giving rise to pieces with their own emotional presence.

The materials I use also carry this duality: charcoal, wood, acrylic, felt and semi-precious metals such as silver, pearls and stones. There are no limits to how they can be combined. Like us, each piece is made of contrasts and complementarities.

From my studio in Lisbon I develop unique pieces and my creative process always begins with an idea, a concept or an emotion. From that point on, I allow thought, body and hands to guide the transformation of matter until that vision unfolds into a form that can be worn, touched and felt. Jewellery becomes in this way a continuation of what moves me and what I wish to express.

I believe deeply that jewellery carries stories, silent or loud, intimate or openly shared. For me, a piece is never just an aesthetic object; it is a fragment of life, a symbol, a reflection, a bridge between the body and the inner world.

In my universe jewellery does not simply decorate; it feels, remembers, communicates, protects, frees and transforms. It is a space where the intimate takes shape.

Each creation represents for me an encounter between material, emotion and narrative. This encounter lives not only in the final object but also in the process, in the risk, the experimentation and the vulnerability of turning ideas into matter. Working with material is also working with memory, body, intention and sensitivity. The pieces become echoes of who we are, small capsules of meaning that hold, reveal and amplify our dualities.

I believe jewellery has the ability to bring us closer to ourselves and to others. It can be a subtle gesture, a silent manifesto, a secret held on the body, a remembrance or a ritual. It is in this place, where form meets feeling and where the object awakens emotion, that I position myself and create.

And it is within this intimate and symbolic space that I invite each person to enter, to feel and to find themselves.

My work has been exhibited in galleries and exhibitions, both in Portugal and internationally, allowing me to pursue my passion, meet other artists, and explore different perspectives in contemporary jewelry. Go to Exhibitions and Achievements for more information.
